All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
*South Africa*
- *Main Centers*: 2-5 business days
- *Rural Areas*: 5-8 business days
- *Free shipping* on orders over R500. Standard shipping from R60.
*International*
- 7-21 business days
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or public holidays.
*3. Order Tracking*
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the courier’s website.
*4. Shipping Carriers*
We use reputable couriers including The Courier Guy, RAM, PUDO, and DHL. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier.
*5. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Address*
- *Damaged Items*: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- *Lost Packages*: If there is no tracking update for 10 business days, please contact us to investigate with the courier.
- *Wrong Address*: We are not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
*6. Customs & Import Duties - International Orders*
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
